Integrity is when your image, what you wish to put
forth to the outer world, and your inner world (your essence) are
congruent.

If they are not congruent, they are opposed and remain continually in
a some state of conflict, which intern causes external conflicts or
worse, conflict avoidance!

What does this look like? A control freak! A person who attempts to
control others, for they need to make sure their image is in tact at
all time. Political correctness, a person who is offended by words. A
victim, person who tends to blame others first, before looking at his
own actions and attractions. A leach, a person who puts the
responsibility of their own sucess and happiness on the shoulders of
another. All stemming from an incongruence of image and essence.
