Environmentalist religion

Extreme environmentalism like religion is emotion driven to say the
least. It can not be justified it by sheer evidence.

The extreme emotion that would cause one to act against ones
rationality is generated from plain guilt and fear of retribution.
Guilt that needs assuaging from an immoral action. Retribution that is
soon to be delivered from same immoral action. The initial act of force
on another human being has a price.

Using the government to do ones bidding is an immoral action.
The price of brute force is guilt and fear. Religion offers respite of
both these things to a brute. And a brute offers religion it's whole
existence. For without it none would survive.

For I am pondering the relationship throughout history of the "Attila"
(the brute) and the mystic (the supernaturalist), how they depend on
each other and feed off each other. How they support each other, how
they need each other.

As apposed to the thinker and the capitalist. who also are dependant
on each other.
The thinker, the intellectual, the creator of values, the solver of
problems (as opposed to the destroyer of values)relies on the
capitalist to deliver those values to the rest of us. The capitalist
is the conveyor system of real values to real people.
These two build on each other rather than pick the bones clean of all
real values in this world.

Where does environmentalists fit in?
Since we have just popped our heads out of the brute\mystic way of
life in our history, force, fear, guilt and deception are the known
or should I say comfortable tools for dealing with humanity.
Intellectualism/capitalism is foreign and demonized. For it threatens
the brute/mystic's very existence.
This new environmentalist religion (the church of the warm globe) and
it's ministry. Are an evolved form of this historical relationship.
That only has the ability to create slaves and slave owners at best
